Courtney has been a nurse for over 10 years. She has an extensive surgical background in cardiac procedures, outpatient surgery, and plastic surgery. She served as the Director of Nursing for a plastic surgeon where she worked as the preoperative, peri operative and postoperative lead nurse. Working along side a plastic surgeon, Courtney was trained in lasers, microneedling, wound care, medical-grade skincare and injectables. This gave her the “artistic eye” and an immense understanding of facial anatomy.
