Maureen Garrett has practiced as an RN for over 25 years. Born & raised in Chicago, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She focused on a specialty in Neonatal Intensive Care which allowed her to care for critically ill infants, and support families as they navigated the NICU. She became an educator and then moved into management helping to open CHOC Children’s Hospital at Mission as their first Director of Patient Care. She continues to work in the NICU caring for premature and ill infants while also pursuing her career in aesthetics.
